Terms & Conditions for Harmony Healing
1: Introduction & Scope
These terms and conditions govern the provision of Clinical Hypnotherapy, Dreamwork, Past-life Regression, and related services. By booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms.
2: Nature & Services
All services are intended for personal development, relaxation, and subconscious exploration. They are complementary and do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must consult a qualified healthcare professional for any physical or mental health conditions. In some cases, upon request, you will need your healthcare provider's referral approval. The Practitioner is NOT a licensed physician, psychologist, or psychiatrist.
3: Client Responsibilities & Warranties
You warrant that you have disclosed any relevant medical, psychiatric, or psychological history. You agree to participate responsibly and understand that results vary individually. You are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions during and after all sessions.
4: Booking Fees and Cancellation Policy
* Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified.
*Cancellations or Rescheduling: Requires 48 hours' notice for in person sessions and 24 hours for online sessions to receive a refund or credit back on deposit or full charge. With the exceptions of evident emergencies with proof. Late cancellations or missed appointments (no shows) will incur the full session fee.
*Fees are subject to change with notice.
5: Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by LAW, the Practitioner's/Harmony Healing liability for any loss or damage you suffer is limited to the value of the session fee paid. Harmony Healing and the Practitioner are NOT liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in the services provided nor on the premises where you received the services.
6: Intellectual Property
All materials, techniques, and recordings provided are for your personal use only. Copyright and intellectual property remain with Harmony Healing. Redistribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
7: Confidentiality
Your sessions are confidential. Exceptions are legally mandated reporting requirements (e.g., risk of harm to self or others) or if you disclose intent to commit a crime or have done so. Notes are kept secure and anonymized.
8: Disclaimer or Guarantees
While the services are customized and provided with professional care. Outcomes are subjective and cannot be guaranteed. Testimonials or examples do not constitute a warranty of specific results.
9: Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The current version will be available on this site and will apply to all future sessions.
10: Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of jurisdiction in which the Practitioner/Harmony Healing operates.
